个人简介

李金华，教授，博士生导师，湖北省百人计划专家。2012年博士毕业于香港理工大学应用物理系，之后在该系从事博士后研究工作。2014任3044永利官网入口材料科学副教授，2019年晋升为教授。他主要的研究领域包括太阳能电池、光电传感器、晶体管器件物理及其传感器。他发表SCI研究论文100余篇，引用超过4600次，H因子36。获得湖北省自然科学二等奖2项，主持国家自然科学基金、湖北省科技厅重大专项等国家、省部级项目多项。

Prof. Jinhua Li received his Ph.D. degree atthe Department of AppliedPhysics of the Hong KongPolytechnic University in 2012and then carried out postdoctoralresearch there. He became an Associated Professor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Hubei University, Wuhan, China, and was promoted to Full Professor in 2019. His research interests include solar cells, photodetectors, device physicsand sensing applications of transistors. He has published more than 100 peer-review publications. His publications have received more than 4600 citations, with an H-index of 36.
