个人简历

研究领域为铁电压电材料、介电储能材料、球差校正电镜表征技术。研究目标为:(1)开发高性能压电材料及高效率制备技术;(2)发展耐高温且抗疲劳的无铅介电材料并阐明其储能性能增强的原子尺度机制;(3)发展球差校正电镜表征技术并应用于功能材料的原子尺度结构分析,助力新材料的研究及性能提升。自加入3044永利官网入口以来,独立承担双球差校正电镜Spectra 300、高分辨电镜Talos F200X、聚焦离子束-扫描双束电镜Helios 5 UC三台设备的选址、场地建设、设备安装调试、运行及维护工作。成功解决了球差电镜安装场地靠近地铁+主干道+高架桥三重影响因素造成的恶劣震动及磁场干扰问题,在业内形成了较好的标杆效应。

发表SCI论文100余篇,其中以第一或(共同)通讯作者在Nature Communications (7)Advanced Materials (2)Advanced Energy Materials(2)Advanced Functional Materials(2)Energy Storage Materials (2)Acta Materialia (3)Journal of the European/American Ceramic Society (5)等高水平SCI期刊发表论文70余篇。主持人社部高层次留学人才回国资助项目国家自然科学基金、湖北省重点研发计划项目课题、中科院重点实验室开放基金、企业横向等项目10项。受聘为湖北省楚天学者计划聘教授、“百人计划”创新项目专家,荣获奥地利2018年度Josef Krainer科学奖和2019电子显微镜学会奖。任中国硅酸盐学会微纳技术分会理事、中国仪表功能材料学会电子元器件关键材料与技术专业委员会常务委员、湖北省电子显微镜学会理事等学术职务。现担任中国科技期刊卓越行动计划入选期刊Journal of Materiomics和《硅酸盐学报》青年编委,以及Nature CommunicationsAdvanced MaterialsAdvanced Energy MaterialsAdvanced Functional MaterialsActa Materialia等期刊审稿人
