张全元，博士，副教授，湖北省楚天学者计划“楚天学子”。2009年1月毕业于中国科学经理春应用化学研究所有机化学专业，获博士学位。2009年至2012年先后在新加坡南洋理工大学、美国佐治亚南方大学从事博士后研究，2013年1月任职于3044永利官网入口材料科学与工程公司。长期从事于高分子分离膜材料、质子交换膜燃料电池、人工眼角膜材料、高性能高分子、高分子功能水凝胶、环境友好型涂料等领域的研究。先后承担了国际自然科学基金项目、湖北省自然科学基金项目和横向合作项目多项，在国际权威期刊Journal of Materials Chemistry A、Journal of Materials Chemistry B、Journal of Membrane Science、ACS Macro Letters、Acta Biomaterialia等发表学术论文30余篇，申请发明专利十余项。

Associate Prof. Quan-yuan Zhang received his Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2009. He then worked as a research fellow at the School of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering of Nanyang TechnologicalUniversity, Singapore from 2009-2011 and a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Chemistry, Georgia Southern University, USA from 2011-2012. In 2013, he joined the School of Materials ScienceandEngineering,Hubei Universityas a“Chutian Talent” of Chutian Scholars Program of Hubei Province. Currently Dr. Zhang mainlyfocus onpolymer separation membranes, proton exchange membrane fuel cells, artificial corneals, high-performance polymers,functionalhydrogels, and environmentally friendly coatings, etc. Hehas lead or participated inseveral programs,including the International Natural Science Foundation, Hubei Provincial Natural Science Foundation projects, and collaborative projects. He has authored and co-authored over 30 peer-reviewed academic articles.He has published over 30 peer-reviewed academic articles in internationally renowned journals such as Journal of Materials Chemistry A, Journal of Materials Chemistry B, Journal of Membrane Science, ACS Macro Letters, Acta Biomaterialia, etc., and has applied for more than ten patents.
