张由芳，女，副教授，硕士生导师，湖北省“楚天学子”。2016年博士毕业于复旦大学，师从刘天西教授。博士毕业后在新加坡南洋理工大学从事三年博士后研究，合作导师Prof. Xuehong Lu。

近年来的研究领域：高分子基气凝胶复合材料、基于3D打印的高分子基纳米复合材料在油水分离、导热及相变潜热等热管理以及锂电/钠电、电容去离子等领域中的应用基础研究。至今，共发表学术论文50余篇，获授权中国发明专利20余项，主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项、湖北省教育厅青年基金项目一项。

Youfang Zhang, female, is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Hubei University, and a "Chu Tian Scholar" of Hubei Province. She received her Ph.D. from Fudan University in 2016 under the supervision of Professor Tianxi Liu, and then conducted postdoctoral research at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore for three years, collaborating with Professor Xuehong Lu. She joined the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Hubei University in 2019.

In recent years, her main research directions include: polymer-based aerogel composite materials, polymer-based nanocomposite materials fabricated via 3D printing for applications in oil-water separation, thermal management including heat conduction and latent heat of phase change, as well as fundamental research in the fields of lithium-ion/sodium-ion batteries, capacitive deionization, etc. To date, she has published over 50 academic papers, obtained more than 20 authorized Chinese invention patents, and has led one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China for young researchers and one project funded by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education for young researchers.
