徐海兵,3044永利官网入口教授、博士生导师。研究方向主要涉及过渡金属-稀土配合物光电功能材料设计合成、结构转换与性能调控研究及产业化应用。以第一负责人承担国家级项目3项,省部级项目6项,横向及其他项目4项。参与国家自然科学基金重点和科技部973项目4项。在中国科公司福建物构所工作期间获得福建省科学技术二等奖;在中国工程物理研究院工作期间获得所先进个人、所年度优秀论文、所年度优秀团队、中物院科学技术发展基金优秀奖。授权国家专利11项。
在Angew. Chem., Adv. Optical Mater. Cell Rep. Phys. Sci.Inorg. Chem. 1)超高纯稀土螯合物:
应用瓶颈:光纤激光技术研究包括关键材料、核心器件以及系统与装备。就关键材料而言,石英光纤(芯棒)决定了光纤的性能,高纯度、高稳定性,易挥发稀土螯合物试剂是采用OVD制备高功率激光光纤预制棒的关键材料,目前都是从国外进口获得。
我们开辟了梯度气相法纯化制备公斤级超高纯稀土螯合物,其整体指标不低于进口样品,部分优于进口指标。由陕西瑞海丽君环境科技有限公司代理,武汉安扬激光技术有限责任公司、西安光学精密机械研究所、中国工程物理研究院以及中国电子科技集团公司第四十六研究所与我们陆续订货。
产品指标及进展如下:
⑴获得稳定的超高纯稀土螯合物Ln(TMHD)3(Ln = Yb, Nd, Er, Tm, Ce)的设计合成及纯化工艺;其中稀土相对纯度≥6 N;在稀土元素和上述干扰金属杂质元素中纯度≥5.5 N
⑵主要干扰金属杂质Fe, Cu,含量低于200 ppb;Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, V等含量低于50 ppb;
⑶通过结构调整,将La,Ce螯合物的升华温度降低到200 ℃以下;
⑷通过异核稀土螯合物实现多物种不同浓度一步掺杂,精简高性能光纤预制棒的制备工艺和流程。
2)便携式氧烛:
该成果可解决的问题:无电、无高压、密闭空间供氧;
创新点:含氧量高,产品体积小(体积是压缩氧体积的1/3);寿命长,无需外加动力消耗;安全可靠,无高压泄露爆燃、爆炸的危险;供氧温度低,无呼吸阻力,呼吸舒适。
应用场景:密闭空间,应急防备,单兵或个人固体供氧装置。
主要技术指标:
①氧气(99.5%最低);二氧化碳(不超过1000 ppm);一氧化碳(不超过25 ppm);其它(甲烷、氮氧化物等)(不超过1 ppm);;
②重量<2公斤,供氧时间30、45以及60分钟,供氧速率2-4L/mins,供氧温度<40℃;或15公斤供氧3000L,供氧时间60分钟;贮存寿命:>5年
