黎明锴教授，湖北省省级人才，中国电工学会电子束离子束专业委员会委员。1998年07月毕业于武汉大学物理系，获学士学位；2004年7月毕业于武汉大学物理系，获博士学位；2004~2011年，在韩国东国大学量子功能半导体研究中心从事博士后和研究教授工作；2011年7月起在3044永利官网入口材料科学与工程公司工作。曾在瑞典乌普萨拉大学、德国吉森大学进行短期学术访问。

现主要从事宽禁带半导体材料与器件及第一性原理设计新材料的研究，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项，参与科技部重点研发计划项目1项，并完成多项省部级项目，在Mater. Sci. Eng. R 、Phys. Rev. B、Appl. Phys. Lett.等国内外学术期刊发表论文100余篇，获国际专利4项，获得国家专利授权数十项。

Prof. Mingkai Li，Member of Electron Beam and Ion Beam Professional Committee of China Electrotechnical Society. Graduated from the Department of Physics of Wuhan University with a bachelor's degree in July 1998. In July 2004, graduated from the Department of Physics of Wuhan University with a doctorate degree. From 2004 to 2011,  worked as a postdoctoral fellow and research professor at the Quantum Functional Semiconductor Research Center of Dongguk University. Since July 2011, work at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Hubei University. Short-term academic visited in Uppsala University in Sweden and Giessen University in Germany.

Main research interesting is the wide band gap semiconductor materials and devices and new materials from first principles design. Presided over two projects of National Natural Science Foundation and participated in one key R&D project of the Ministry of Science and Technology and completed a number of provincial and ministerial level projects. Published over 100 of SCI papers in the famous academic journals, such as Mater. Sci. Eng. R 、Phys. Rev. B、Appl. Phys. Lett., etc. Obtained  dozens  of  authorized national invention patents, including four international patents.
